well to answer a few questions because i see the famous know it all didnt chime in. i have an 07 but i took it to troyer so i have no experience about the stock tunes but his seem to work great. like i said i never tried the stock tunes. i love his towing tune because once the convert locks it has yet to unlock on me on some steep grades and even seen up to 3lbs while pulling and never down shifted. when mine was ported it was done by steigmeyer i think that is how its spelled. maybe wrong on that one. i know that he says once it was ported he does a little more to it himself. has for the warranty it will not be voided with MT tunes and even going up on the boost a little is safe. i know mike hates to take a stock motor over 10 lbs unless you plan on building a shortblock because the lifespan is greatly shortened. i do have LT and grantelli coils so i guess im good for now. i did everything at once but be careful with the boost i know its addictive but i have a few friends that have toasted motors around the 12lb to 14lb area. 10 on a roush is about as much as you want because it hits the motor at low rpm specially with a ported blower it increases the cfm the blower is moving and allows it to spin up much faster. i know that after the port i heard the whine more and the gas mileage fell off a little. but it made a big difference down low to about 4000 rpm. i would not go over 10lbs and work around the motor like exhaust and coils is what mike recommends. if you have to choose go for the exhaust, coils, and last the port. just my opinion
