We have a 1998 Ford Ranger F150 XLT, and the Check Engine (CE) light came on, took it to the dealship and they got code P0171 and P0174. Well they did the work and after a day, the CE light came back on, so they changed the Fuel Pump and the next day, the same problem, the CE lights is back on. We took to another place and they tried to fix and the next day, the CE is on again! What is this code mean, and what do I need to do to get it fixed? Will the truck be able to get it's State Inspection with this CE light on? I'm in RI. Please e-mail me ASAP on any suggestion to fix this problem? E-mail is
