I have a 2004 with 4 cats. How do I go about putting high flows on? I've been reading that I will throw codes if I remove them or mess with the O2 censors. I have tried talking to a few muffler shops around town and I don't think they know the F-150 well enough to guarantee no codes or other problems.

Go to www.performance-curve.com I got my hi-flow cats from them, theyre called Thunderbolt Spin Cats, off brand but same exact thing as dynaflow/dynamax which run $169.99 a piece. You can pick up the thunderbolts for $36 each. Also the performance-curve single chamber mufflers are a knock-off brand off Flowmasters, same delta flow design on the inside, just no Flowmaster name. Theyre loud as hell

you buy the hi flows, take them to the exhaust shop, tell the guy to cut all 4 cats off and weld the 2 hi flows on there, and he will do this, and he will be happy about it, and you will be happier, and you will pay, and drive off, and enjoy your new sounding exhaust,

and no it wont throw a code, and by mess with the 02 sensors what do you mean. you wont need to change the 02's if you replace with hi flows, ive had my hi flows on for about a month now, and it took the Check engine light off (i had no cats) and it hasnt came back on...so no you wont run into any problems
