I found the front seats to be very easy. You do not have to remove the integrated seatbelts or anything from the seats. Remove the "20" by pulling straight up on the front of the seat cushion then remove the four Torx bolts (T45). Do the captain's seats while you have the middle seat out. Do the middle seat and re-install it.
