How would that work? If I kept the door speakers on the HU and hung an amp off of it somewhere....
Travis... Love the remote start that I bought from you this Christmas.... Thanks.

Basically you said it right there. Use the radio to run the speakers and run your RCAs to the subwoofer amplifier. I think I got my radios confused. The Clarion DOES NOT have the capability to turn the rear RCA output to a Subwoofer control but it has not been a problem considering most subwoofer amplifiers have a volume control knob for the dash. The last system that I did for a F150 using the DUZ385SAT radio was using a DB Drive PT750H Hybrid amplifier. This amplifier is a 3 channel amp pushing 100 watts out the front two channels and 250 watts on the single subwoofer channel. This is all at a 4 ohm load. Bridge your front and rear speakers together at a 2 ohm load and your amp pushes 250 watts per channel and on the subwoofer end a slamming 500 watts at 2 ohms. The mono side is 1 ohm stable but I have never needed to bridge it to that. I have been using this amp for systems for years. This year model has a fan built into the top of it under the lit DB logo and pulls air right on top of the board to cool it.
