What year model F150 are you referring to?
Most all trucks with a tow package will have a reciever hitch that is bolted to the frame with 4-8 bolts. There is no need to remove fenders and such.
The factory hitches are a one piece welded design and do not come apart in the middle or sides. Remove the 6 mounting bolts and its out.
