Replace engine, problems with startup
This is on a 1990 Ford F150 XLT Lariet, 300 straight six, EFI, 4.9L.

We've replaced the engine, and have hooked everything (vacuum lines, electrical) back up. It turns over but won't start, and seems starved for fuel. Any ideals? I'm thinking it's in the EFI system.
