I have had it installed now for about 3 weeks. I have been meaning to get all the pics together so I can get the write up written. From using it I can say this: The reception is excelent. There is no static whatsoever. When turned on, it will completely block the incoming frequency, and if an audio source is connected to it, play it statc free. I will say this though, like all FM modulators I have used, the volume from it is low. With my Ipod at 1/2 to 3/4 volume, I usually have to put the volume on the truck at about 3/4 to get the sound to my usually listening volume. But for how cheap this is, compared to getting a new HU or a device that plugs into the factory harness, I cant complain. Best thing is, it is universal, so when I can talk the wife into letting me get a Pioneer D3 or something, I can install it in her car.
