a good aftermarket exhaust is the first mod you should. I went with the Roush Off Road and have been very happy with it. The second upgrade that you should do is the 10psi kit that you can get from Whipple. I believe it includes plugs, injectors, a smaller pully, a larger MAF housing and tune. I'm not sure what they are charging for the whole package, but it is well worth it. If you have the coin, I would drop in some 4.56 gears before getting the 10psi upgrade. Make sure they know your new gear ratio when they send you the tune.

Congrats on the Whipple. I'm at 26 months and over 30K miles with mine at 10psi.
