I have an 08 Screw with 4.6L and limited slip with the tow package. My TT is 4,100 dry but you can assume well over 5,000 loaded (closer to 6,000 really) and even more with full LP and storage tanks. I tow mine just fine, I have an Equalizer brand hitch which has sway control built in (highly recommended!) and a tekonsha prodigy controller. I will not win any races but I can tow comfortably at 100 KM/h at about 2,900 RPM with OD OFF. Your setup sounds pretty good, but check your axle ratio because mine is 3.73 and I understand that is what you get with the tow package.
