85 octane
took a trip out to utah this past weekend from california towing my race car. when getting gas there wasn't any 87 only 85. the truck is complete stock 01 super crew w/ 5.4 2wd. i used the 85, it didn't ping or anything so i assume it was good. i'm curious if 85 is used because of the higher elevation. or did i just officially screw myself.
