How do I add a amp to my factory NAV headunit?

I want to add a amp and 2 subs in the rear for a little extra bump, but I do not want to loose my factory touch screen and NAV. What is the easiest and cleanist way to accomplish this? Also where is the best place to mount the amp?

Use a LOC (line out converter) to get amp signal from a stock head unit.

Cleanest install for amp and 2 subs would be to put the subs under the backseat and the amp on the backwall behind the backseat.
