4r75w came in the 5.4L trucks with the newer body style (2004)

as for which case you have: not sure, can try checking for ya tomorrow at work.

Cases that you can swap in: choices are endless. Deoends more on your fab skills. Advanced Adapters makes adapter plates for almost any combo you can think of. One guy on this site a LONG time ago, swapped in a Atlas into a newer F150. That guy was my hero!
