Bump

Will be leaving on thursday around 1:00 from west covina area. Anyone want to go?

I'll have the buggy out there, there will be a rhino, few quads, few dirt bikes and a longtravel 4x4 ranger in our group

Give me a call if you want to meet up 626-272-6322

I go down to 3-4 psi front and rear in the truck since i'm a 2wd ranger pulling a heavy 16 foot trailer

have you ever poped off the bead at that low? where do you get air to refill cause the closest gas station is too far for 4 psi on the street

I've never popped a bead. You just have to drive smart out there, dont take corners fast, just drive nice and slow and have fun. When I used to have all the suspension work done and 33's, i'd stay around 8in the back, 10 up front. Usually we have a compressor with us and i'll bring it back up to 10-15 then go to the chevron on grand. I have gone at 3 psi to that chevron before, just went about 20 mph the whole way. I also got off the sand at the grand entrance, not the one closest to the camping area

If I dont answer.... Our campsite will have mostly rangers, 3 of them with trailers. Look for my white ranger with a shell, and a big yellow flag on the trailer. The flag will be about 20 feet up or so. WE also usually camp towards the end of the camping area on the beach, near the closed off area.

yessir. Thats the one, i believe. Im going to talk to my buddies from SLO and figure some stuff out, i'll see which weekend im going to be there.

EDIT: I'll probably call in sick to work on friday or just try to get it off, head down on thursday afternoon for Toby Keith, be in the SLO/pismo area until sunday...maybe stay for Alan Jackson if i can. We should get a group meet going or something for that weekend (july 24th-27th).
