Question Ford Electrical Connectors

Hi All,

Does anybody know the manufacturer of the electrical connectors that FORD uses? Need to replace some melted connectors but don't want to pay the big bucks for a new harness. Thanks

Best Regards
Michael

There are three companies that I know of that make connectors for the most common problem areas. Thet are PICO, DELCO, and HELP line. Any parts store that has their catalogs should be able to help.

Local junkyard was a good source for Ford connectors. GM and Chrysler connectors are available from www.packard.pios.com or 1-888-packard.

Don't know why Ford won't sell connectors.

Best Regards

Talking

My local dealer has connectors in stock. They purchase them from Winzer. Winzer is a company that sells nuts, bolts, fasteners, and all sorts of shop supplies to dealers. I buy stuff from them at the motorcycle shop I work at.

My dealer also has a huge selection of terminals that slip into the factory ford parts, I added a few fuses to my power distribution box that way. It all looks factory.

Marvin

I just found their web site
www.winzerusa.com
