Good luck. A 33" MT for $200 or less isn't going to be a big name brand. Most of the off name tires don't tend to last real long and don't handle real well. Tires is the one thing that you get what you pay for. I had a set of 35" Goodyear MTRs on my old F150 that went 70k and had another 10k of life left in them when I sold them. They were close to $300ea new, but they lasted over 4 years.
You'll be lucky to keep the tires alone under $1k. The only rims you'd be able to swing in that price range would be steel. When I got wheels and tires (305/70/16 (33x12.5)) for my F250 last year the total came to over $2k. Very few aluminum wheels were less than mine.
Wheels and tires aren't cheap!!!
