Accel has had some rejects on their cops, same with msd. Global has had some good results, same with Granatelli.

That motor doesn't use coil packs - Infact , none of the 5.4L's use coil packs unless a 5.4L has been retro fitted into a 4.6L nest, then they use the 4six harness/computer and coil packs.

Did you use to have a 4.6L in that truck?

5.4L's use COP'ed Ignition systems = Coil Over Plug , 8 dedicated coils - One per cylinder.

The coil packs I had on my 99 4.6 were absolute JUNK. Personally I would never use them again.

We are running a special on the DG508 Motorcraft COP. I have a list on the website of everything they fit. They fit most of the 4.6 engines and some of the 5.4s. Check them out www.TascaParts.com

My friend ordered the COP's from Granatelli last week, may install them this weekend. He was going to get the Hot Street cop's, but when the salesman found out he was using them on a 5.4 he upgraded him to the Pro Series for FREE. He was told that this was the first time the salesman has sold any cop's for a 5.4L?
