Update, I put a diode across the motor, but that is not problem, fan is turning in same direction as when turned on. So I guess the LED indicator is just going to tell me that it is freewheeling sometimes. I will call DC controls and ask about this. No real problem as the Lincoln fan is working great. Love the throttle response. And the truck is noticeably quieter. Engine is staying right at temp.

My $169 kit rocks bigtime so far.
