33's on 20's 2.5 leveling only!

Is their anyone out there that has 33/12.5/20 toyo mt's with only leveling kit on 05screw? I'm debating whether to go with only leveling kit or to get 35's with 6" lift??? please help with possibly life threatning dilema.

if moneys not an issue go w/ 6in fabtech coilovers and 37s
but if moneys a lil tight leveling kit and 33s will hold u over for a bit.
i have 33/12.5R20 nitto tg's on 20 mm951. i wish i saved a bit longer and went bigger

No doubt, if you are even considering a 6 inch lift, go with it. If you don't, you will be listing those 33's in the classifieds in a couple of months and wanting recommendations on whether to go with 35's or 37's.

sold... so the biggest tire i'll consider going with would be a 35, that being said, what the minimum lift i would need? i'm trying not too compromise the smooth ride factor! Is there a diff in suspension lift than a body lift?

PimpRohr...

I don't me to hi-jack the thread but what kind of camera are you using Pimp? You always seem to take a right picture.

I have 20'' Incubus wheels with 33'' Toyo MT's and the truck has a 2.5'' leveling kit. I love it.

grubrunner, are your tires rubbing at all?? i've been debating whether to get 33's on 20's or 35's on 20! before 6" lift, is it possible to get the 35's with only leveling for now, then get the lift? that way i save some money on tires versus getting 33's for now the purchasing 35's later?? what u think??

I've had both, they are very similar that I would call them the same tread pattern. They side lugs are different, the tread pattern is nearly identical.

No rubbing issues at all.

35" tires on 20" rims will fill that wheel well out a tad more but the looks, IMHO, are a lot better.

Many here have 35" tires on 20" wheels with no issues.

Go this route and you'll be very happy.
