Best/cheapest place to tires in Canada

Looking to buy new set of tires for my Screw. Where's the best places to try in Canada for good deals on tires?

Ebay?
I saved about $800 on my Toyo's (shipped) over what the local shops like Kal-Tire wanted. You do lose out on local service, free rotations and warranty would probably be a real hassle. So it's kind of a toss up.

I shopped all around for replacement tires for my 300m Special and no one was close to Costco in price. KAL tire agreed to come within $100 for four but then Costco brought out $25 off coupon per Michelin tire which sealed the deal for me.

the only 2 problems with costco tires is that 1. you have to be a member and 2. the tires have to be within 3% of the same size as the stock size tires

I can't speak for the rest of Canada but there are two places I deal with for tires on my Mustangs & I am sure either place can get you a quote for truck tires.
I know when I get the FX4 I have been dreaming of, I will use these two places myself.

One is located in Scarborough Ontario off Kennedy rd. (just south of the 401) Nantucket Tire 'n Mags <-- I have bought many sets of rubber from theses guys. Not sure if they have a website but they are good when I price shop against what they offer and deliver compared to other places.

Another is a guy from Ottawa; his website is a bit slow but when you email him he replies VERY quickly which IMO is a great selling feature.
http://2koolperformance.ca/specials/index.htm#tires <-- slow site but many pics & there is an email at the bottom. Try it out and see if you like his prices.
I am not affiliated with either site & make no $$s from providing the sites. I am just offering my $0.02 to when asked about tire prices.

Best of luck with your hunt for good tire prices.

Costco doesn't want the liability of wrong sized tires.

Secondly, a Costco executive membership gives rebate dollars. On a set of tires, that basically pays for the membership.

Bramalea is immediately East of Brampton. Hwy 410 and #7 (North of Mississauga, slightly NW of Toronto)

Just north of Pearson Airport.

Hope that helps.

its a liability issue.

a small shop would just close up and re-open across the street.

Costco could see several millions in a court case.

If you are looking for stock tires, check out your Ford dealer. I purchased stock Goodyear AT/s tires for my 05 Screw for 100 bucks per tire less (installed, all costs in) than the cheapest quotes I got from chain and independent stores. The only reason I called them was because I was bored and wanted a laugh. I almost fell off my chair when they came in so low.

Cool Michelin @Costco best deal

Hey; I did hours of comparing and reviewing and Costco had everyone beat in Hamilton , Ont area. I put Mchelin A/T2 LT tires on my 05 FX4 and I love them ,, just came back from the cottage (Huntsville) and they are awsome in the snow, and awesome in the rain and dry. You get what you pay for, it cost me $1250 out the door at the Burlongton store (LT275 65R18) Sled Ed
