Keeping tonneau cover soft?

Was wondering what anyone uses to keep their tonneau cover soft. Don't want this one to end up like the one on my Ranger. Dry and tight as a drum.

303 Protectant

303 Protectant is the best stuff out there. No silicone, and silicone is what screws up vinyl & rubber. Little microscopic silicone spheres act like magnifying glasses and multiply the sun's bad effects causing the vinyl to deteriorate more quickly. Check this website... www.303products.com
