torque converter capacity, e4od

Well im pretty sure this is the weekend to do the engine swap, and i need to know how many quarts my converter holds, i dont want to buy more than I Need.

According to the Ford manual you should need 16.4 quarts for your tranny

Yeah, but how much for the tc?

Around 6-7 quarts, plus what you lost in the trans.
