Not true. Get a set of good traction bars and this will fix all of your problems. I'm not sure what truck your talking about doing burnouts in and having so much power that your U-joints were going to "grenade" on you but it couldn't be you 06 STX. I've got the 5.4 with an edge and an exhaust and 5" worth of blocks under my springs with no axle wrap, wheel hop.
