Most likely cause is the serpentine belt, but also could be any of the following: alternator, power steering pump, idler pulley, water pump, A/C compressor.
Is it only first the first few minutes, or does it continue after it's warmed up?

I does get quieter as it warms up.. It also stops sometimes when I turn the steering wheel. What could that be?

I had the same problem and it turned out that it was the harmonic balancer that had went bad, which is rare, but because the truck has sat, the rubber gasket skirt deal that sits on the crankshaft hub and serpentine pulley dried and cracked causing this chirp, since one component of the balancer was in sync while the other wasn't. Was around $140 total fix.

My 2 Cents

Well if its engine rpm related, meaning, rev the engine and it sort of matches in bird chirping. If you have a cam sensor in you engine, they NOTORIOUSLY have this issue, a little before going bad. I strongly recomend checking it, BEFORE it goes bad. At best you just destroy the sensor on top, BUT,most of the times it TRASHES the cam sensor body completely.
BE WARNED!!

Man you shoulda listened to the answers posted. Woulda saved you about $50 to install a Gatorback yourself. Glad it's working regardless.

Good quality serpentine belt. My '04 was chirping when cold. Soon as it warmed up the noise went away. Pretty embarrasing when the truck was warming up. Not sure what the factory belt is, but at 17K miles, mine seemed very weak. Put the Gatorback on , and I don't have the chirp from a hard acceleration shift either.
