Volume is no problem at all--I don't have to adjust anything if call comes in while driving I look at caller ID and just press the green button and talk.
Beyond that, with the noise cancelling microphone and the associated software callers can't tell that I'm on a hands-free system.
The PARROT sync's everything with my RAZR everytime i get in the car totally automatically and it really was one of the best done install that I've ever purchased and used.

I use the raytel 4200 kit. See www.tellphone.com for info. The mic and processor work terrific and its easy to wire in(most are about the same) you can say a phone number about as fast as humanly possible and it still gets it right every time.

The Parrot has a small lcd display that repeats everything on the phone display--best feature is the display of incoming phone number--that's the missing item on Motorola and iConnect. It also synchronizes phone book, calls lists everytime you get into the car. I got thier adaptor cable and it mutes radio whenever phone goes active and radio displays "PHONE"--

I am brand new to the site -- and a brand new F-150 owner. I have been reading the different posting regarding aftermarket accessories. I have finally found one I can reply to.
I too, have the hands-free phone unit from Brandmotion. This unit was already installed in the unit I purchased, and am I glad. I am not technically savvy, but this system was simple to program with my existing phone. I am not sure how I functioned before without it or for that matter, my new F-150
