Transmission oil cooler line @ Radiator

How do you remove the cooler line at the radiator? It is not threaded, and has a black plastic clip.

It looks like it may be a quick disconnect similar to the fuel filter, however my fuel filter tool will not work. The cooler line will move in and out of the radiator about 1/8 of an inch. The clearance between the line and where it enters the radiator is tight. To small for any disconnect tool that I have seen. The repair manual shows a flared nut, but mine is different than any that I have ever seen
