Have you looked at who makes the Ford OEM Sirius adapter? Visteon

Have you looked at who makes the Ford OEM 6CD Audiophile system? Visteon

Since Visteon's own unit won't work with previous 2005 and earlier Visteon units you rocket scientists are suddenly going to make it work with a different brand of unit and wire it into Pioneer's network harness that daisy chains the components. Good luck. Hope you don't screw up a $1600 nav unit to save $100.

Spend the $100 and get the Pioneer unit for the Pioneer. You'll be amazed at how easy it is to hook up the 12v + and - connections and plug in the IP-Bus interface cables. Hardest part is calling Sirius and having your account switched to the new Sirius id on the Pioneer.
