Yah im still runnin my factory speakers for now. None have blown up yet. My HU is one of the more powerful ones out there, i belive its 50x4. They will hold up, they may just not sound good without a sub. When i first crank up my truck before the amp turns on, they sound gross, but once the subs are working, you cant hear anything but mids and highs from the door speakers.
