I just ordered a Kenwood DDX-6019 player off of Ebay and am looking for a heads-up on what and where to get an install kit, ipod adapter, bluetooth adapter, and sirius adapter.

Crutchfield's web site says they don't have installation wiring for the '05 F-150 but I haven't called them yet. Is Metra the company that makes the bezel for our trucks?
