My question is why would you not have the right truck for the job? And second of all, if it's a work truck, it's going to have to get some "dings" in it sometime, might as well do it on the first day as well as the fifth day of work and then feel worse. Also, why wouldn't you have someone supervise the "newbs" so they would fully know how to load the truck? Why send "newbs" with a brand new truck? I'm not trying to start a fight or anything, but it's just my point of view.
