Berge Ford in Mesa is another bad dealer ship. I took ny truck in several times over tire wear issues and they called it normal wear. I had to put new tires on my truck at 12K miles and took my old tires back to them because the tread was starting to seperate on them. They said the tires were worn out and nothing could be done. Customer servise sucks. All they want to do is sell you a vehicle.
