rear diff lock vs personal stupidity

Hi, looking for some opinions. I have a 2015 xlt ecoboost and yesterday I was in a little mud at the job site and put it in diff-lock to get a little more traction. Well, after getting out I was distracted by a coworker and forgot to disengage the diff-lock. My question and worry is that I commute and drove home on the freeway with the cruise at 73 for about 25-30 miles with the diff-lock engaged. Does anyone know if this is bad or I should be concerned I may have damaged something? Oh, and it was raining too, so not sure if that may have helped a little. Any advice or knowledge is appreciated.

The diff lock should disengage all by itself when you reach 25 mph.

Shouldn't have hurt it at all. It wasn't engaged at highway speeds. It kicks out at 25 as posted above.
The damage can happen when you turn from a stop on dry pavement and bind it up. That can break things.
You should be fine.
