Not good!

I've got a 2014 Grand Cherokee with the panoramic sunroof & took it through the touchless washes all last winter....once a week.

Not one drop of water leaked into the cabin.

I havent been around for a while, but i hope all of you guys with this sunroof issue gets fixed. Now that this issue has been brought up,if i was going to buy a new truck with that sunroof,i would have the dealer hose it down to make sure that there were no leaks.

In this day and age of cell phone cameras, if it happens, you can document it. If they wont fix it, lemon law that piece of crap.

Sorry, Ford needs to step up and fix this, if it's a known issue.

"It's because it's aluminum" is not a f'ing excuse. And this is from a lifelong Ford owner, and current 2015 F150 owner

I'm happy to help, Steve Ahuja. I suggest taking your vehicle to the local dealer. In the meantime, send a PM with your VIN, registered name on your vehicle, phone number, and dealer info; I'll get your concern escalated to your regional customer service manager.

PM me the truck's current mileage and a verification of your best daytime phone number, HessFx4. I want to notify your CSM so they can get to work on this.

Hi HessFx4,

My offer to arrange for a follow-up call from your CSM still stands. PM me the info I listed above, and I'll make it happen.

I've been looking at a 2015 which, of course, has a sunroof. Has this been resolved for Hess yet?

Issue is not fixed!! Got a call from the dealer today and they told me Ford told them that it is normal for it to leak with rain!! I m beyond frustrated at this point and I am a very loyal ford customer, I actually work at a Chrysler, Jeep, Ram dealership yet I chose to buy a new $57K Ford F-150!! I don't even know what to do anymore I am really thinking about pushing a lemon law/buyback or going higher up the chain!! This is not how you treat loyal customers yet alone any customer!!

I have owned my truck since 8-8-2015 and have put about 4500 miles on it, and it has been in the shop for nearly 20 days!! Every time I try and call my Ford customer loyalty manger Dawn she doesn't answer and never calls me back when I leave a message only way to get anything is to have crystal open a new case or let her know to call me!! I have been at SEMA all week and I have made a point to let everyone I talked to about the new F150 know how my experience has been.
