Just wanted to say thank you to Glass America of Huntsville, AL for a great job. Locally owned franchise and 180 degree difference from how Safelite treated me. I would definitely recommend them.

 

Glad you were able to get your windshield replaced to your liking. Hoping the Safelite issues you've experienced are just attributed to that location. We have used them for plenty of company and personal vehicles here in PA without issue.
In my personal experience, when things start to go wrong, if it's not resolved on the 2nd attempt, it's time to move on to another solution because matters usually get much worse.

 

I'm also glad I live in a state where insurance has to pay to replace the windshield free of charge by law...
