No-Drill Bed Extender?

No-Drill Bed Extender?
Tried to save some money vs. the OEM bed extender + get some features the OEM one doesn't have and the only option I could find requires drilling the bed.
They claimed they were compatible with the 2015 while at the same time, providing steel screws to drill into an aluminum truck.
Sigh. Looks like I'm getting the official Ford part unless someone here has found something else suitable.

From what I can see the factory holes are there for the oem part. Maybe the cheap becomes expensive. Stick with the oem parts. Quote from an amazon buyer:If you have a plastic bed liner you will need to drill 6 holes thought it to access the factory holes for fastening the bed extender.
Hope this helps.

I may be behind here, but how else do they attach in the 2015's without drilling in any hardware at all?
I took my old bed extender from my 05 and dropped it into my 2014 to save from having to buy a new OEM one. Maybe that could be an option for you if you buy a used one off Craigslist or something similar?

I just installed mine last night. You need a T-50 Torx bit and I recommend having an actual torque wrench if you want to keep the stress below the 41lbs. recommended in the manual.
It has a single bolt that goes in the small hole and these plastic pins that go into the top and bottom holes as you pivot it from bed extender to bed divider mode.

AMP offers this kit (part # 74602-01A) for their Bed Extenders.
If you need a T-50, I offer a Torx Set that includes one for a 3/8" Drive.

I don't know how they call this a no-drill kit. I went to the shop, picked up the AMP BedExtender, and tried to install it out front. No dice. The quick disconnect bracket and instructions explicitly require drilling and the bracket I see there doesn't have the right bolt to mount to the holes on the 2015.
The bolts are not for the holes in the bed, they are for the Hold Down Brackets.
The Hold Down Brackets are to be inserted in the holes (like a backing plate).
Do you have a bedliner?
