This screen is burning into my brain.

Track your truck!
1. Self-Service: http://wwwqa.cotus.ford.com/. You just need your VIN or your Order Number + Dealer Code + Last Name to get in.
2. Super Service: Send a PM to "FordService" here on F150Online.com forums and Crystal will get back to you. She'll need the same information as above, however.

6/03 Update
To answer that question "how long does it take," I've tracked almost every change in my order process (so you don't have to). Would be great to compare dates between customers to see how much variance there is in each of these steps .

ETAs
5/31 - [+47] Current ETA (6.71 weeks)
6/01 - [+49] Likely ETA (7.00 weeks).
6/03 - [+51] Actual Delivery Date (7.28 weeks)
6/07 - [+54] Original Cotus ETA (7.71 weeks)
7/13 - [+90] Original Dealership ETA (12.0 weeks)

Process Phases
[02] days for dealer to submit the order and move into processing.
[18] days to process the order and move into production.
[08] days to complete production and move into shipment.
[01] days to clear shipment and move into transit.
[19] days to complete transit and reach delivery (Dearborn, MI to WA state).
[03] days for dealership to receive truck and present for final sale (deliveries usually don't happen on Saturdays and dealerships don't have mechanics to complete checklist on Sundays).
[51] days total.

Activity Log
4/14 - [+00] Order deposit given to dealer.
4/16 - [+02] DORA (Dealer Order Receipt Acknowledgement) order date.
4/20 - [+06] Dealership puts ETA at 12 weeks from order date (7/13/2015)
4/22 - [+08] DORA shared by dealership, doc shows Priority 19.
4/23 - [+09] Cotus starts tracking + provides VIN# <-- fast vs. average?
4/29 - [+15] Cotus original ETA for 6/7 (still @ 50% Phase 1 "In Order Processing").
4/30 - [+16] Cotus stopped reporting ETA
5/04 - [+20] Cotus update to "In Production"; FordService estimates truck should "roll off line next week" (which presumably means go into the next phase of "Awaiting Shipment.") Still no Window Sticker
5/05 - [+21] Cotus restored ETA for 6/7. Window Sticker now available (still 50% "In Production").
5/12 - [+28] Cotus update to "Awaiting Shipment."
5/13 - [+29] Cotus back-end change from Shipment to Transit (UI did not update yet).
5/14 - [+30] Cotus advances ETA by 2 days (now 6/5)!
5/16 - [+32] Cotus advances ETA by 1 day (now 6/4), moves into Transit in UI.
5/18 - [+34] Cotus advances ETA by 5 days (now 5/31), still in Transit.
5/30 - [+46] Cotus reports "0 days to delivery," with same ETA of 5/31 (however, that is a Sunday).
5/31 - [+47] Cotus no longer reporting ETA, has not moved to Delivered, and Dealership has no idea where in the world the truck is until Monday.
6/02 - [+49] Cotus no longer working, but my truck has not arrived at the dealership yet. Never moved from In Transit to Delivered.
6/03 - [+50] Truck arrived at dealership, ready tomorrow (6/04)

Tips
Microsoft Excel: Use the DAYS function to reverse calculate # of days between dates. Also plug in any date and add days to it to get projected ETAs.

Find out if your window sticker has been printed yet! Just cut/paste your VIN # into the URL below:

I know how you feel. "Anything changed, nope, dammit...... Anything changed, nope, dammit". I feel like I am playing a mean game of "are we there yet" with Cotus and myself.

Will update this thread so there's a written blog SOMEWHERE about a) how long it takes to get this information and b) to what degree this changes as you go through the process.

Timeline

4/16 - [+02] DORA (Dealer Order Receipt Acknowledgement) order date.
4/20 - [+06] Dealership puts ETA at 12 weeks from order date (7/13/2015)
4/22 - [+08] DORA shared by dealership, doc shows Priority 19.
4/23 - [+09] Cotus starts tracking + provides VIN# <-- fast vs. average?
4/25 - [+11] Dealership burns down (Ford Autonation Bellevue, WA).
4/29 - [+15] Cotus original ETA for 6/7 (still @ 50% Phase 1 "In Order Processing").
T/BD - [+xx] Next Cotus Update/ETA change

ETAs
6/07 - [+54] Current ETA (Cotus estimated 7.71 weeks)
7/13 - [+90] Original ETA (Dealership estimated 12.0-weeks)

I ordered mine from the dealer on March 7th, I was told it could take up to 10 Weeks! The order post on Fords website March 16th, at that point updated my ship date to 4/27. In production 3/31 - Awaiting Shipment 4/7 - In Transit 4/8 - Delivered 4/22!! Whole thing took a little over a month, better then I thought!! I live in NJ so I don't know if that helped the transport time. Hang in there hopefully it will go just as quick for you.

I ordered a Lariat FX4 Supercab 6.5box 3.73 gear all black with sport and tow package.

I love the truck!! Coming from a 2005 FX4 and the difference is HUGE!!

I ordered mine on Jan 19, 2015. It was built on March 13 and still showing as "Awaiting Shipment" 7 weeks later. The dealer is unable to get any response from the Ford Factory as to why it takes so long to put the thing on a train and ship it to Houston.

I have been waiting for mine to ship for almost 4 weeks. Can't find out how they decide what trucks to ship out.
My dealer actually ordered trucks after mine and has already received them in???

What's your dealer telling you?

FlyingSquirrel, have you checked COTUS today? You and I have similar delivery dates. Mine went to "In Production" which apparently just means truly scheduled for production at the plant. I am waiting on word from my dealer as to what the real status is and if we have a birth date scheduled instead of just a week.
