How to get rear seat down to get to subwoofer!

Can anyone tell me how to get the rear back seat down on the drivers side? I have looked and can't seem to find how to. I'm trying to get access to the subwoofer!

do a search for this : sCrew Seat Seat Latch Mod this is for 2009-2014 maybe you will get lucky and they are the same.

Take the headrest out and look behind the seat from the top. You can see the latch and there is a small piece of round bar that will pop the latch.

Be careful when running your fingers down behind the seat. The stamped metal used in most of these brackets tend to have some pretty sharp edges.

Can you take a pic of the sub. Just wondering if its the same as the 2012-2014 Sony sub setup.
