I'm hoping that they will have what I want sitting on the lot. But if ordering it is what will need to be done than ordering it I shall.

Based on what it said about the Kansas City plant continuing to produce 2014 trucks until the Dearborn plant is fully operational with 2015 trucks coming off the line, does that June/July deadline date for ordering a 2014 pickup still stand? Just wondering because I know some folks that would love to get their hands on one of the last F-150s with the 6.2L.

If everything goes as planned @ Dearborn, KC will produce 2014's until Christmas shutdown. As far as last order date for customers, I am not sure. I can tell you the KC is working 3 shifts, @ ~40 jobs an hour. So they will be pumping out at least 100k more.

I pretty much want exactly what I have now (2011 Shortbox SCrew 3.5 EB XLT in Blue Flame with Chrome Package) only in a 2015. Should go down to the dealer and have them price one out for me, just for sh*ts and grins. Love my '11 EB, and I'd have to LOVE the '15 before I even remotely considered replacing it for one.
