And those 15-20% numbers thrown around are apples to apples. That doesn't take into account the weight loss, the aero improvements, and any other fuel economy upgrades the new truck will have. I'm thinking we will see in the range of 27-29 MPG for the '15 with the 2.7L.

I found this a few days ago
Ford has not revealed the horsepower or torque specs for this new engine, which was designed from the outset to be equipped with automatic start/stop technology. But I just witnessed this engine on a dynamometer at Ford’s testing centre in Michigan as it ramped up from idle to full throttle and stayed there. It didn’t take long for the twin turbos and exhaust to start glowing red from the heat, but more interesting was the torque figure on the computer in the control room: 345 lb.-ft. from 2,500 to 4,500 rpm, which is right in the sweet spot where power is needed — and more than the current 3.7-litre V6, while only slightly less than the 380 lb.-ft. in the 5.0-litre V8.

I see her pop up in this forum about once every three months and I know a lot of people that have written her but I've yet to hear of a case that she's helped on. OR that Ford's corporate office has helped on in ANT regard for that matter. I well remember the thread about the guy that was on his THIRD complete replacement Eco-boost engine. She dropped in and asked him to PM her but then she disappeared and AFIK never came back to the thread or responded to him and I KNOW that he never got any help from the Ford factory or corporation. The CLOSEST that Ford came to getting involved was to have the engine computer shipped back to them "for examination" but per usual no one, not even the dealer, ever got any response from Ford about what they found or if they even examined the computer.
But if you KNOW Of cases that she's helped on, please enlighten us. I'd like to hear the details.
