That's a cool video. I'm liking the 2015 more and more each day. I need to stop though. I just got this 2013 and need to make it last at least 5 years haha.

thanks for posting that.

I've been wondering how the ATV ramps would be stored, and this is the first video I've seen that actually showed it.

the interchangeable cleats would be nice if they made one for bicycle forks

I don't know why the manufactures haven't found a way to add this to the bed. I made my own rack because I didn't feel like dropping $300+ on one. A factory, lockable setup would be nice.

you can buy just the mounts and bolt them to the bed, and then use a keyed lock pin.

I made my rack onto a 2x4 and slid it under my bed extender. It stays in place nicely, and keeps the bike from moving around in the bed.

That's close to what I did. I used a 2x4, 3 cleats and a slide lock at each end to pick up the holes for the bed extender. It works but factory rack would be nice.

for our mountain bikes I used a garage floor model bike holder where you have the rack just lay on the floor and the bikes front tires go into it and stand up. I then use a tie down to hold into place in the truck. A 30 dollar investment and works great!

Did anyone notice that it showed 552 miles to empty but had about half a tank of gas? Would lead to 30.66 MPG, if it has 36 gallon tank with half to go.

Couple of things I picked up from the video.

-They addressed the Galvanic corrosion issue by coating both materials before joining them together. This is good to stop the aluminum from corroding and the steel from rusting.

-They said they used a magnesium and silicon alloy. This typically is a 5xxx or 6xxx series aluminum alloy.
