I bought a set of Syppo towing mirrors for my 16. The light on the mirror flashes with the turn signal, but doesn't light up at night when the lights are on. Can this function be turned on, and if so, how?

BTW, even when not extended, these things really stick out. The bay that I park this truck in has an 8' door. The truck won't fit unless I pull one mirror in. I hope these mirrors hold up well to regularly folding them in.

 

You would have to rewire them to be on all the time but then they wouldn't flash.

I have searched the Forscan software, but cannot find an option for this yet. I would think you could have this illuminated constantly with the headlights, and then have it flash when turning.?
How is it set up on trucks with factory tow mirrors?
