I have a 2015 F150 crew cab xlt 4x4 with the 20 inch chrome wheels/ all terrain
tires. Im just not not sure if it will look good with the 2 1/2 inch level kit keeping the stock tires? Or should I replace the tires to bigger ones?

You may want to upgrade to a more aggressive tire, but with the 20's it will fill in wheel wells better then the 18's, that's why I upgraded to the KO2's it didn't look right with stockers.
