Breaking out the air saw to cut up the hood

Trying to use as many OEM parts as possible yet do things a little different. . Here's the outcome although you'll either love it or hate it.

What are the vents off of?

The grill looks fantastic!

Thank you, Been a slow process but never wanted to rush a "body shop guy" lol. Can't wait to see it painted and installed

Vents are from 2015 Mustang GT ")

brave man cutting into your hood like that!! Looks good, wondering what they would look like if painted flat black...not sure though body color probably best. Like the grill too! I noticed in the pic of your hood with the cowl/wiper area, you have the same ill fitting cowl cover that I do...all in all Ford did a good job on these trucks...BUT it's the little sloppy details left unfinished that drive me nuts...especially now that these trucks are running in the $63K price range...

Please post when you have the grill painted/mounted..

I'll definitely give you props for having the stones to cut into the hood. The mod would not be for me but it looks good on your truck with what you are doing!
