They are already out and some people have had there's for a few weeks now. Just seems like some have had delays longer than the others.

I do not believe any of the XLT's have been released and from the Forums, none of the Platinums have been released either.

Egads! I would NEVER take delivery of a new vehicle with any markings on it. I absolutely refuse to take any truck I special order if I get there and the dealership has slapped one of their decals/stickers/lettering/badging/etc on it. They've learned to not even try with me or I just refuse and have them re-order the truck. Take it off with hair dryer, blah blah blah. NO, thank you.

Yeah I agree with ya. I make them take it off if it has one. The one from this particular dealer is really nasty raised letters that look like they are trying to match the f-150 decal too much ... would def be removed if I bought it.

The dealership in that eBay listing is where we bought our Escape in '02, and yes, their badges are huge, and it makes the vehicle look trashy.

The dealership I deal with now has small letters in the form of the signature of the owner. Very classy look, and they treat me well, so I don't mind letting them advertise a bit.
