New to me 2009 F150 w/4.6 3v

Hey everyone!

I traded my 2013 regular cab f150 on a one owner low mileage 2009 crew cab f150 about a month back due to a growing family. It has just over 30k miles on it and was dealer maintained throughout that ownership. Oil was changed 1-2 times a year by the dealer as it was only driven ~3500miles/year. Its spotless inside and out but I wanted to make sure I'm caught up on maintenance.

I'm planning on replacing air filter but besides that the Ford recommended maintenance schedule doesn't have much else listed. I recognize most of the fluids are about 8 years old so do you guys recommend changing anything out? I used to change transmission fluids out every 30k miles but it seems these new trucks don't need them that often?

Some things I've noticed:

1.) I miss the power of the 5.0 in my 2013 compared to the 4.6 but I think it should be a pretty reliable motor. I've noticed the transmission is a little quirky when it comes to shifting but it seems like this was common for the year. Did software updates fix this?

2.) I have the slip-yoke bump like my 2013 had at take-off and coming to a stop which I can fix with Teflon grease.

3.) The A/C doesn't seem to be that cold as well compared to my 2013 and with being in the Houston area I'm kind of concerned for summer. Seems from reading on this forum others had similar issues in the few years of ownership. Anyone had any luck getting it colder?

Are there any other quirks or recommended preventative things you guys can recommend?

Thank you for any help you guys can provide!

I have a 2009 fx4 SCrew with the 5.4. I have noticed the trans is very different. It idles at a stop light about 500-600rpm, and if I dont hold about 10LBS of pressure when stopped, the truck will roll. Also has a rough 1st to 2nd shift. Very strange, and It has been like thay since day 1. A/c also blows warm, usually only about 47 degrees. Its always been like this though, and have had 3 different mechanics and even the dealership go through it and tell me nothing is wrong.

There are a few things you can do to help out AC but nothing drastic. It's a large cabin to cool off
