Smile Caperucita

Hi. I'm new here. I have a 2007 ford F150 Lariat and just got a 2010 Ford Platinum. My problem is the running boards. They kind of get stuck. Any suggestiossuggestions. Thank you.

it makes a mess. however i use spray - white lithium grease in a can to basically coat all entry / exit points where the shaft runs. and piviot points on the boards themselves. i did this a year after i had my 2013 and have had no issues since. one time this winter they did stick. so it might be time to reapply.

my 09 i had one fail- a day before i traded it in. motor let the smoke out. proabbly because i didnt grease them up. like i should have.
some also take everything off. and then apart to get things really gooped .. the spray worked for me however.
