Heater problems

My heater is blowing cold. Bought a third party extended warranty. They removed my whole dash and replaced the heater core. then replaced the thermostat. And it still blew cold air. the passenger and driver side damper doors open. Everything functions as it should except no heat! I suggested they check the center actuator behind the radio. Seems that would have been easier with the dash out. no word yet. Any suggestions? Greatly appreciated.

My whole dash was removed AGAIN! there are 4 electric actuators. It was missed the first time. One is hidden on the bottom. Sometimes these auto Engineers need to be flogged within a inch of their life.

Why is it the engineer's fault that a mechanic can't properly diagnose a problem? Seems to me you want to beat the wrong person.

If you have to remove a whole dash to replace a heater core. At a cost of $1500.(labor only) Then I certainly think that is bad engineering. Very common consensus.
