2013 F150 XLT 5.0 parts in airbox

Long story short, I bought this truck used, w/ 70k miles on it, had it for about a month and last night it throws a CEL the Code is P0171 and P0174 bank 1 & 2 are too lean. (any suggestions on the fix for these codes would be helpful as well) I am going to run some techron fuel system cleaner, check for vacuum leaks, clean the MAF maybe change the PCV valve any other suggestions? truck seems to run and drive and idle just fine..

I pull out the air filter just to inspect it, and clean the MAF when I find these random things in the bottom of the airbox, based on a very cursory investigation I couldn't see where they might have come from or could go to. I'm not sure how or why anyone would ever leave parts in a air box but I'm hoping someone here might recognize them and can tell me if they are even factory parts.

also as a side note, these have the fuel filter integrated into the pump inside the tank is that accurate?

the black plastic pieces say "CINCH" on them, not sure if you can see it in the photos.

They don't appear to be factory parts ...
  • bolts, nuts, and washers definitely aren't OEM.
  • the bracketry-like parts if OEM would have part #s on them (engineering at the least) and Ford|FoMoCo logo.
Leaving from the previous owner removing the aftermarket|DIY CAI?
.

yeah, good point. I suppose I should have looked at the air filter/ airbox before buying it. stupid mistake on my part.

I replaced the air filter with an OEM one today, cleaned out the airbox, cleaned the MAF and dumped in some techron fuel system cleaner, and reset the CEL so I guess I'll see what happens.
