09 F150 Fuel pump driver module?
Aright so very lomg story short my Fuel pump, and my fuel pump driver module have gone out. I don't have the time or the know how to replace the fuel pump, but I do know how to change the fuel pump driver module, only problem is im not sure where it is located on my truck, I know for 04-08 its just as easy as taking off the spare tire to gain access to it, I dropped the spare on my 09 and don't see it anywhere, or anything similar to the driver module, I have spent hours looking it up on the web, and not one thing for a 2009, just older models, does my truck have one? Also i called my local ford dealership and they know of the part and quoted me about $70 bucks, but wasn't able to tell me where it is located. (I like to install it myself to save $100 bucks of labor) as of right now Firestone said they can do all of it for $1,100 and my soul.

Check out post 183
Have a look at post 183 on this thread. It shows the module for a 2009/2010:

it seems to be on the frame crossbeam as well.

Well Its fixed, turns out, the fuel pump driver module was bad and that caused a "domino effect"" and fried fuse 26, so next was the fuel pump, not knowing what to do it did not suppy enough fuel at engine start. Fuel pump through rock auto was the cheapest I could find (I've shopped there many times) at $160.00 with new seals and gaskets, driver module was $45 bucks through the local Ford dealership, I was able to buy both (and the dollar fifty fuse) and have a shop that installed them for only $100 bucks, so I was able to save about $700 bucks, truck is running perfect now, been about three weeks sense the repair. I will also add that researching like crazy, that on 04-15 maybe even earlier than that, have a plastic fuel tank, and the fuel pump will often warp the entire tank like a plastic bottle, witch causes some problems with how accurately the gauge will read its fuel level, and so on and so forth. Anyway thanks for the help everyone, oh and if you were wondering the truck had no error code, as far as the computer knew there was nothing wrong.
