Buying 2009 F-150

Looking at buying an '09 F-150 XLT Super Cab 4x4 with 91k miles. 5.4L 3v with auto trans. Is there anything that I should pay extra attention to or look for before buying?

Make sure it runs quiet and smooth, and has no set or pending codes in the OBD2.

I took it for a test drive and it rode quiet and smooth. No excessive engine noise, no suspension noise, trans seemed to shift smooth. No leaking fluids. I tried the 4x4 and it engaged fine. the only thing I did notice was that when I tried to turn right from a stop or switching lanes to the right the steering wheel felt extra heavy. Moving to the left felt normal; i looked at the tires and the front right did seem a little low not sure if that was the cause or not. Any ideas? I did check the power steering reservoir and it was full and it does have larger tires than stock.
